In the event of purchasing an incorrect size, we will honour an exchange for the correct size or for another product within 3 days of receiving your order. All sales are final and cannot be returned nor refunded for any reason other than unavailability.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is processed, packaged, and sent out, you’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS.
For Courier Guy orders: 1. Go to The Courier Guy website. 2. Enter your tracking number in the “Track My Parcel” section. 3. Check the real-time progress of your delivery.
For paxi orders:
Track your parcel by using the online parcel tracking tool. You only need your parcel number, which can be found in the PAXI SMS, to track its location.
How much does shipping cost?
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 2 business days and delivery confirmed by way of email with tracking number. All our shipments are shipped double boxed, delivered to your door by The Courier Guy or PostNet within South Africa. Shipments generally take 2 business days to arrive in metropolitan areas and 3 days + to regional areas. Domestic shipping is charged at a flat rate of R120.
