Air Max has been ruling our coverage in the first few weeks of 2025, but the patented cushioning system has some in-house competition for shelf space. Nike’s efforts in the Shox department are raging on just as fervently as they did in 2024, as the Swoosh has wasted no time in cooking up new looks for the Shox Ride 2, Shox R4 and Shox TL. If you count yourself among the fans of the lattermost model, you don’t have to wait for its latest edition, a “Court Purple” colorway that just touched down.
